Raffaele Gaito will open the day with a reflection on how artificial intelligence is reshaping the job market and on how to be ready for this change, with concrete insights and practical tips to stay ahead of the transformation underway.

You will take part in a roundtable discussion among industry professionals to explore the values, identity, and vision of the companies that shape the region and the sector.
